We are currently looking for 4 "HUNTER" Business Developers for our sales area.

Your main responsibilities:
 
As a Business Developer, you will work in a dynamic team to ensure the expansion of the projects that will be delegated to you as well as the development of your clientele.
You will work independently in terms of prospecting for new clients as well as looking for recruitment mandates from the firm.
You will take charge of your career and create your personal and professional growth plan.
Your ability to develop a customer base and build long-term relationships will give you a head start in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.


Your advantages :

o An exclusively commission-based remuneration of the mst advantageous on the market.
o The compensation of our consultants can easily reach $ 80K to 100K in the first year.

Your skills :

o Experience in corporate sales, B2B or business development.
o Knowledge of the job market: companies, brands, functions and individuals.
o Excellent sales skills and business acumen to develop a clientele.
o Results oriented, persevering, creative and persuasive.
o Very comfortable with common computer tools and social media.
o College or Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline an asset.
o Bilingualism an asset.
