RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates and participates in the recruitment stages of vacant positions; Develop the employer brand with the industry's recruitment partnerships; Update employment sites and social media; Offers innovative attraction and selection strategies, including sourcing and talent search; Develop organization-specific recruitment strategies Work closely with the Human Resources team and managers on recruitment; Creates and maintains performance indicator tracking reports; Collaborates with colleagues and other departments on special projects or ad hoc files; May have to play a coaching role by providing advice and support to managers in the human resources components;
Requirements:
University degree in an appropriate discipline 1 to 3 years of experience in agency recruitment and / or as a recruiter Have excellent written and professional communication skills and ability to write correspondence in both official languages (French / English) In-depth knowledge of MS Office, social media; A high level of confidentiality, ethical sense and empathy; A good knowledge of the community environment and its realities; Our client offers competitive compensation as well as a full range of benefits.
