Description:
The jobholder provides support to customers and users on all issues
product selection process, technical support and customer service. he
analyzes the needs with the help of the different teams internally and must propose the
products / solutions corresponding to their needs. He is the person who serves
intermediary between the customer as well as the department, engineering and logistics
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Receive phone calls or emails from existing customer, customer
potential or and ensure that all requests are answered by him or
a resource person as needed
• Analysis of plans and specifications for bid preparation
• Technical knowledge in HVAC / R and ventilation
• Interview the client or user to identify and assess their need or
his problem. Perform a diagnosis based on available information and
the internal resources at its disposal
• Relaunch potential and current customers with calls, e-mails to
publicize the product and its competitive advantages.
• Analyze and clarify customer needs and distribute them to people
concerned internally.
• Ability to guide representatives based on units and functionality
proposed by competitors.
• Perform other duties related to the job.
Skills sought:
• Diploma of College Studies (DCS) or any other combination of training and
experience deemed relevant to the job.
• Fluency in oral and written English (compulsory).
• Sense of planning and organization.
• Strong skills for communication with various clients and for
the teamwork.
• Knowledge of the Office suite.
• Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional rigor.
• Experience in a manufacturing context as well as a technical sense
developed, an asset.
• Available for occasional travel.
